Meet Mollie Noe. 

Mollie is a Louisville, Kentucky real estate broker and investor (and is now licensed in Northeast Florida). She has been investing in real estate for the last 20 years. That is a LONG time so the knowledge that comes with this one is vast. 

We are connected through our real estate group within eXp Realty and this girl is FIRE. 

I’m so impressed with Mollie’s ability to inspire anyone to believe they can be an investment property owner. She breaks it down in a way that makes it so simple. I’m not even kidding..she had me working numbers on how to air bnb my primary home by the end of this conversation.
